Rasperry Chocolate Balsamic Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

16 oz Fresh Red Raspberies

1 cup Chopped Walnuts 

Olive U Chocolate Covered Cherries Balsamic

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Follow directions on brownie box and add chopped walnuts.
  2. Bake in oven as directed.
  3. 3 minutes before brownies are done, remove and put red raspberries top of brownies. Finish baking.
  4. Cool and drizzle with Balsamic and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Cherries Cake

INGREDIENTS:

INGREDIENTS:

1 box Chocolate cake mix

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup Olive U Basil Lemongrass Olive Oil (in place of Natural Butter Olive Oil when sold out)

1/3 cup Olive U Chocolate Covered Cherries Dark Balsamic Vinegar

3 eggs

1 can Cherry Pie Filling

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2.  Coat bottom of cake pans with no-stick cooping spray or shortening and a flour dusting.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
  4.  Pour batter into your cake pans (see box direction for baking pan sizes along with baking times per cake pan selection).
  5.  Remove from oven and let cool.
  6.  Once cake is cooled, frost bottom section with Chocolate Icing of your choice.
  7.  Then put 1/2 of the cherry pie filling can on top of the chocolate icing,
  8. Place top section of cake on top, then frost with chocolate icing.
  9.  Put the remaining 1/2 can of cherry pie filling on top of the cake as shown or desired.

Pumpkin Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:

1 box spice cake mix

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup Olive U Basil Lemongrass Olive Oil (in place of Natural Butter Olive Oil when sold out)

1/3 cup Olive U Pumpkin Pie Spice Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup canned pumpkin or winter squash

4 eggs

2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Put cupcake liners in cupcake pan.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
  4.  Fill cupcake liners with batter approximately 2/3 of the way full.
  5.  Bake for 17-22 minutes at 325 degrees.
  6.  Remove and let cool, then top with the frosting of your chop
