Garlic Herb & Raspberry Chili
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Large Onions or Leeks
- 1 Tbsp of Olive UGarlic Herb Olive Oil (you can also substitue our Olive UGarlic Olive Oil)
- 1 lb of Ground Turkey (or beef if desired)
- 1/3 cup Olive U Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Canned Tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes if desired)
- 3 - 15.5 oz Kidney Beans Rinsed and Drained (or assorted beans)
- 1 - 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Dice onions or leeks and saute in olive oil until cooked.
- 2. Add meat and brown. When meat is starting to brown, add balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Cook until meat is browned.
- 3. Add the rest of the ingredients: tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika and turmeric.
- 4. Simmer at medium heat, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
