Tomato & Mozzarella Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
12 Grape Tomatoes
1 Package Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzarella Pearls (8 oz)
12-24 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Tbsp of Olive U Basil Olive Oil
2 -4 Tbsp of Olive U Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Appetizer Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS:

• If desired, drizzle additional balsamic over skewers and serve.  Enjoy!
• Grab the skewers and alternate 2 tomatoes, 1 mozzarella ball and 2 basil leaves.
• Whisk together the Olive U Basil olive oil and Olive U Traditional balsamic and drizzle over the skewers.
